Project Deal
Our CEO, Masjudi, will personally meet the clients and dig deep into their ideas of a dream house. After digging into every piece of important information from our clients, our professional team members will gather and begin the ideation process.
Ideation
This step includes: land measurement, taking photos of the land, and interviews.
One of the most crucial steps in building our clients' houses is the land mapping process. We will visit the site, check the structures of the land, take photos of every detail, and consider the natural features such as trees, rocks, topography, drainage, climate, wind direction, and even the sun's path.
In this step, we will also regularly do interviews with the clients to meet their needs.
Design Process
Once we complete the ideation process and data-collecting process, we will begin the design process. We offer you a free home design if you make a deal to design and also build your house in RUMAH KLASIK.
This step includes: the drawing of the site plan, floor plan, roof plan, 2D elevation, and finally the 3D perspective with no minimum revision provided by RUMAH KLASIK.
Complete Drawing
After completing your design, we will deliver the book design and also the 3D model of our clients’ houses.
This step includes: DED Architecture, DED Structure, and DED MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
We Build Your
Dream House
We also have a team of professional contractors that will build your dream house in less than three years.
We are also deeply concerned with your comfort, and here is the lead time estimation for our projects.
Construction
Implementation
Once the clients agree with every single aspect we put in their houses, we will build your house in 8-9 months for land under 1000m2 and approximately 12 months for land under 2100m2.
Important Notes
We will also implement the Feng Shui or Islamic Principles, depending on what our clients desire. Feng Shui and Islamic Principles are very important aspects of a home design and we will focus on our clients natural habitat.
We will make sure that our clients houses will have the best energy flow, floor plan, and overall balance. As for the Islamic Principles, we will implement every Islamic Principle according to the Sunnah in our clients houses.
